EFTPS prompts: “Enter Tax Payment Type” You enter: 1 digit number Tax Payment Type (Select Tax Payment Type from VRS Prompt. Listen carefully for your specific Tax Payment Type. Other payment types are available through the EFTPS operator.) EFTPS prompts: To apply for 1st quarter (year) press 1. To enter a different tax period, press 2. Option 2: Enter a plea of no contest, send a letter of explanation, and pay the court the amount of the presumptive fine written on the front of your citation. A judge will review your letter of explanation. You can call or email to check the status of your case. Option 3: Enter a plea of not guilty and request a trial.

Payment Methods

WCJC offers several options to students for securing payment for tuition and fees. Please review the options below and ensure that payment is applied prior to the payment deadline for the appropriate semester.

Pay Online: Log-in to your Online Services account to pay online. Detailed instructions for how to pay can be found here.

Installment Plan: WCJC makes education affordable by offering an option to pay for tuition and fees through a convenient installment plan. Click here for more information about installment plan options and requirements.

Option 3 May 1st Payments

Pay by Mail: Students may pay for tuition and fees by mailing a check to the college. Checks should be made out to Wharton County Junior College and should include the student's ID. Mailed payments must be received by the Business Office prior to the payment due date.

Refund Dates

Students who drop classes or withdraw before the first class day for a given semester are eligible for a 100% refund.Option
Students who drop classes or withdraw on the first class day, or anytime thereafter, will have their tuition and mandatory fees refunded according to the schedule posted here.

Non-Payment Cancellation Dates

Students who do not pay for their tuition and fees, enroll in an installment plan, or obtain assistance through the Office of Financial Aid prior to the following deadlines may be dropped from their courses.
